Nicole Acker is a great example of strength personified. She enjoys life to the full and all the challenges and blessings that are thrown her way. She remains as positive as possible to maximise all opportunities. Her mission is to influence and encourage as many as possible to live a life consistent with "Kaizen.' This is a philosophy that sees improvement in productivity as a gradual and methodical process. Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning "small changes for the better".
Nicole's endless love of sport – good health, fitness, flexibility and longevity has always been her passion. She has the understanding that all the boundaries we place on ourselves are self-imposed. The exploration in the direction of the mind, highlights the many advantages and opportunities available to athletes, or those individuals, who seek so much more from themselves. Training not only builds self esteem but becomes an invigorating way of life. It creates a deep desire to improve the mind, body & soul. She believes in “We can always learn something from each other”. With this motto in mind, she loves to teach and encourage people to better and shape their physique and help them cultivate a happy, motivated and healthy mind.
She strives continually for excellence for both herself and others.

“In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer. And that makes me happy.
For it says that no matter how hard the world pushes against me, within me, there’s something stronger, something better, pushing right back.” - Camus
I have been very blessed and fortunate to have worked with some of the best photographers out there today. Apart from general gym and training shoots I would like to mention the following.
Alex Ardenti ( www.alexardenti.com) Alex Ardenti is an Italian director and producer, known for Metroflex (2012), 4+ Nutrition (2013) and The Gym (2012)
He is also one of the world's leading fitness photographers. He contributes to over 35 publications worldwide as a still photographer and also specializes in advertising photography production in the sports-supplement industry. Now directing and producing feature films, documentaries and TV commercial spots.
Alex created a shoot for me in L.A which led to a 7 page article of me in the biggest and best bodybuilding magazine in S.Africa, Muscle Evolution Magazine. I have also worked with the great photographer and actor Josef Adlt. www.facebook.com/josefadlt We were fortunate to be able to work together on 3 different occasions. First was at the highly acclaimed Koloseum Gym in Anaheim California. It was here that the Warrior Goddess look was inspired. This shoot remains today to be one of the most successful of all shoots with minimal props and costume changes.
We created magic on the beautiful coastline of California. The shoot at the sea on the beach and splashing waves against the splendour of the setting sun is still admired by many today. Lastly but not least , we traveled all the way to New York City. It was here against the backdrop of the Brooklyn Bridge that we captured some inspiring and creative work. Along with Germany’s Tarek El Setouhi. Josef worked outside the box to develop some extraordinary images for the Calendar that I made in 2009.
Another maestro behind the camera is the gifted George Kontaxis. He is photographer to many of the celebrity Fitness and Figure models. He is based in Los Angeles. We travelled to Red Rock Canyon where we spent many hours shooting some incredible photographs in black and white and colour. His photos are always commented on as they exude elegance with a touch of vulnerability...
